How do organizations develop a continuous learning culture? If you don’t know how to begin, I can help! My background is teaching, educational administration, curriculum design, and assessment and certification. As a learning consultant I’ve helped organizations think about what they want to know, the required skills, and a roadmap to get there. I’ve worked with companies and organizations in Information Technology, Continuing Education and Education Management, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Christian ministry.
