Founded in 2004 with a simple purpose – to provide consulting, coaching and learning for personal and organizational growth and development. My background is in teaching, education administration, curriculum development, certification, coaching, mentoring, and spiritual formation.
I help individuals and teams through coaching, learning, and educational consulting. I offer individual and team coaching, and on-line courses for personal development, relational connection, and spiritual formation. I’ve worked with companies and organizations in a variety of sectors, including Information Technology, Continuing Education, Education Management, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Christian ministry.
About Phil – Founder and Executive Partner
My life is rewarding and satisfying both personally and professionally. I coach, mentor, advise, teach, continually learn, and enjoy time outdoors. I am a person of faith, and the life of faith I’ve experienced for nearly 50 years has shaped me more than anything else to define who I am.
I earned a PhD in Educational Leadership and Innovation from the University of Colorado. I’ve held positions in both higher education as an Associate Professor, and in Senior Management for multiple IT corporations. I am a Certified Professional Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification, and a member of the Institute of Coaching. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast who deeply enjoys time in the mountains.
