Founded in 2004 with a simple purpose – to provide coaching, learning, and consulting for personal and team growth and development. My background is in teaching, education administration, curriculum development, certification, coaching, mentoring, and spiritual formation.
I help individuals and teams define what they want, identify barriers, and create a plan for getting there . I offer individual and team coaching, consulting, and on-line courses for personal development, relational connection, and spiritual formation. I’ve worked with companies and organizations in a variety of sectors, including Information Technology, Continuing Education, Education Management, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Christian ministry.
About Phil – Founder and Executive Partner
I coach, mentor, advise, teach, and continually learn. I am a person of faith, and the life of faith I’ve experienced for nearly 50 years has shaped me more than anything else to define who I am, what I pursue, and the things that matter most. I help individuals and teams pursue positive change and make a positive impact.
I earned a PhD in Educational Leadership and Innovation from the University of Colorado. I’ve held positions in both higher education as an Associate Professor, and Learning Management and Certification for multiple IT corporations. I am a Certified Professional Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification and an Associate Member of the Institute of Coaching. As an avid outdoor enthusiast I deeply enjoy time in the Colorado mountains.
