Founded in 2004 with a simple purpose – to provide coaching and learning for individual and team growth and development. My background is teaching, education administration, curriculum development, certification, coaching, mentoring, and spiritual formation.
I help individuals and teams define what they want, identify barriers, and create a plan for getting there . I offer individual and team coaching and on-line resources for personal development, relational connection, and spiritual transformation. I’ve worked with companies and organizations in Information Technology, Continuing Education, Education Management, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Christian ministry.
About Phil – Founder and Executive Partner
I coach, mentor, advise, teach, and continually learn. I am a person of faith, and the life of faith I’ve experienced for 50 years has shaped me more than anything else to define who I am, what I pursue, and the things that matter most. I help individuals and teams pursue positive change and make a positive impact.
I’ve held positions in higher education as an Associate Professor, and Learning, Management, and Certification for multiple IT corporations. I am a Certified Professional Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification and an Associate Member of the Institute of Coaching. As an avid outdoor enthusiast I deeply enjoy time in the Colorado mountains.
